But hey, sometimes things go wrong (like a rogue patch or a postie who yeeted your order into the abyss). Here's how we handle returns and refunds:


💌 Change of Mind?

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Once a product has left our (very cute) HQ, it’s yours to love.


🚚 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item — we’ll fix it. Promise.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at hello@barefacedskinco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (for proof + cuteness).

  3. We’ll replace, refund, or sort it out like the skincare superheroes we are.


📦 Returns

We don’t accept returns due to hygiene standards. All products are final sale unless faulty. If you're unsure about anything before purchasing — get in touch! We love a good chat.


💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It can take up to 5–10 business days depending on your bank (we know, it's annoying).
