Welcome to Bare Faced Skin Co. (ABN 56 657 984 682), home of the cute patches and clear-skin confidence. By using our website, buying our products, or engaging with us in any way, you’re agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully (or skim them with a coffee in hand — we get it).

1. Using Our Site

By accessing this site, you agree:

-You’re 18+ or have permission from your grown-up

-You won’t misuse or try to hack our site (ew)

-You won’t copy our branding or content — it’s protected by copyright

2. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You’re making an offer to purchase — we can accept or decline at our discretion

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable)

  • Orders can’t be changed once confirmed — double check before checking out!

3. Shipping

We ship from NSW, Australia and aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by location — please allow extra time during peak periods.

Lost or delayed parcels? We’ll always do our best to help, but once a parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our shipping carrier (usually Australia Post). See our Shipping & Returns for more info.

4. Returns & Refunds

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days — we’ll sort it out. See full Returns Policy [link if using page].

5. Promotions & Discounts

All promo codes and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product names and dopamine-fuelled ideas belong to Bare Faced Skin Co. You can’t copy, republish or reuse our stuff without permission. (Not cool.)

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure everything is accurate and fabulous, but we can’t promise the site will always be perfect. We’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use (or inability to use) our site or products — to the extent permitted by law.

8. External Links

We sometimes link to other websites (because the internet is big and full of ideas). We’re not responsible for those sites, their content, or privacy practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here with the “Last updated” date.
